Rowan Drake is a 22-year-old singer-songwriter from Ithaca, New York who's been quietly building an impressive career. He signed with Atlantic Records in 2022 and toured with the X Ambassadors just last year. His music has been described as "youthful and sensible soul-pop" with melodies "teetering on the edge of perfection".

But here's what makes this performance particularly compelling: Rowan is now independent again, living off-grid in a cabin back upstate in New York, and he's doing something beautifully old-school. He's taken a collection of original material, old blues covers, and a few Dylan songs, loaded up, and is driving west, performing along the way at coffee shops, small venues, and anywhere that appreciates authentic live music.
