May has been one of those months where everything just clicks. The art on our walls is stunning, the poetry moved us, the stickers are about to get wild, and summer is officially knocking on the door. If you've been here for all of it, thank you. Chris Melton Art: Still Hanging, Still Stunning
Our First Friday opening on May 2nd kicked off the month with incredible energy as we unveiled Chris Melton's work. The turnout was amazing, the conversations were meaningful, and the art? Absolutely captivating.
Chris's work captures place and perspective in ways that stop you mid-step. From "Lakeside" to "70 & Sheridan" to "13th and Shoshone," his pieces transform familiar Denver landscapes and intersections into meditative, beautifully composed moments. There's something about seeing locations you drive through every day reimagined through an artist's eye that makes you slow down and really look at the world around you.
The great news? The exhibition runs through the end of June! So if you haven't experienced it yet, you have plenty of time. And if you've already visited, come back, art reveals new things every time you look at it. All pieces are available for purchase.

Sticker Pop-Up Returns May 30th!
Our first Sticker Pop-Up in April was SO much fun that we're doing it again! Saturday, May 30th, from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM, we're hosting another free morning of slap-sticker making at Tenn Street!
In a world of endless scrolling and digital doom, it's time to trade the screen for a paint pen. This isn't an art class, it's a creative playground where the only goal is fun over perfection.
What We're Providing (ALL FREE):
Slap stickers & blanks
Vibrant paint pens
Glittery gel pens
Stamps and more!
How It Works:
✏️ Create - Design a single masterpiece or a full set of one-of-a-kind stickers
🤝 Trade - Keep your favorites or swap them with handmade designs from your neighbors, friends, and local artists
♾️ Repeat - Make as many as your heart desires!
Whether you're a seasoned artist or haven't touched a marker since high school, this space is for you. All ages, all skills, all welcome. Tap into your inner child, grab a coffee, and make something with your hands. Remember when creating was just...fun? That's the energy.

This is a completely different creative experience from our sticker events. Paper portraits bring a personal, artistic touch to the pop-up format, think custom portraiture meets community gathering meets coffee shop vibes. It's the kind of event that creates one-of-a-kind keepsakes you'll treasure forever.
